Well, that was some good ideas, maby creat a F2P arena? For pking I mean ofc, not many servers have that.
  Make PVP - Points and a PVP - Shop. Example : You need 1000 PVP - Points for Dragon claws.
                           

                      That's kina cool, I think you should do that.

Well I've finally gotten around with it... Yep thats right the official rules as of  August 05, 2009.

IF = 1 is at end that is mute.
IF = 2 Ban
IF = 3 IP ban
IF = 4 ISP ban

1. NO Farcasting (fc) anywhere, BUT IN BH AND OUR SOON TO COME MULTI ZONE. = 2

2. NO spamming for any reason. = 1-4

3. Respect Admins, mods, or any other staff involved in PVP-redefined. = 1-2

4. Do not spam or mass loggin (obvious lol). = 3 OR 4

These are all the rules so far. I know its not much but thats a good thing. If anything to add please reply and i will possibly add to list

I could increase the wait time between restores maybe? instead of 1 minute have it be 2+ minutes?
